I am a compassionate and dedicated counselor with experience supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. In my work as a school counselor and therapist, I have helped clients build skills in self-regulation, coping with stress, and developing positive self-talk. I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I am especially passionate about helping young people manage overwhelming emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy ways to express themselves. In addition, I am committed to supporting adults in navigating workplace stress, with a particular understanding of the unique pressures faced by those in the education field.
