Tiffany Jones is a nationally recognized National Certified Counselor Associate, endorsed by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). She recently earned a dual master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Walden University. She also holds a Master of Education degree from Walden University and a bachelor’s degree in health education with a minor in Psychology from the University of Houston.
With a specialized focus in clinical mental health, Tiffany is particularly passionate about couples and family counseling. Her long-term goal is to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a concentration in these areas. She integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Adlerian Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support individuals and families in addressing internal struggles and achieving holistic healing.
Tiffany’s therapeutic approach centers on helping clients identify and utilize their inner strengths by exploring the root causes of emotional distress, reframing cognitive patterns, and building practical coping strategies. She creates a safe, compassionate space for self-reflection and personal growth, empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Tiffany brings a unique blend of professional training and personal insight to her work. Her empathetic nature and strong listening skills have been honed through years of meaningful relationships and over 14 years of experience as an inclusion teacher, working with students from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade.
