Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My clinical approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based interventions, and trauma-informed care, to help clients develop practical coping skills while gaining deeper insight into the patterns influencing their lives.
My professional background spans mental health counseling, child and family services, and federal probation. These experiences have allowed me to work with individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and LGBTQ+ communities who have faced trauma, stress, grief, family conflict, substance use, legal involvement, and significant life transitions. Working alongside people during some of the most difficult moments in their lives has strengthened my belief that healing begins when people feel genuinely seen, respected, and accepted.
I believe therapy is not about "fixing" you—it's about helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to create. Whether you're seeking support for a current challenge or hoping to foster long-term personal growth, I strive to create a safe, affirming environment where you can explore your experiences openly and at your own pace.
I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and lasting well-being.
